As a Futures Trader, you will lead and execute trading strategies in futures markets using advanced research, cutting-edge technology, and real-time data. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in futures trading, a passion for market dynamics, and an interest in mentoring others. What you’ll do:

  • Trade futures contracts across asset classes with a focus on disciplined risk management and performance optimization.

  • Conduct in-depth market research using technical and fundamental analysis tools.

  • Collaborate with the technology team to refine and improve trading algorithms and execution systems.

  • Continuously backtest and improve trading strategies using big data.

  • Supervise and mentor junior traders to support team growth and knowledge sharing.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience trading futures.

  • Proven track record of profitability and consistent execution in volatile markets.

  • Ability to think critically about risk, data, and market structure.

  • Experience leading or mentoring other team members is a strong plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset, self-direction, and desire to solve complex problems.
